Requirements

• Diploma in Linguistics/Languages or equivalent
• Very good in English (speaking and written)
• 2+ years experience as Executive or Personal Assistant
• 1-year experience as a customer service (advantage)
• Able to maintain schedule, fast learner, and responsive
• Good communication skills and able to work in a team
• Detail-oriented and customer focused
• Familiar with legal contract and compliance (nice to have)
• Ability to research and populate the data (nice to have)
• Familiar with Google Workspace environment, task management, and note taking tools (nice to have)
