Requirements
- Change Management and Business Development
- Index Operations and Development
- Programming and Data Management
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, IT/Business Information Systems/Engineering
- Minimum of 6 years of practical experience in the index business
- Relevant work experience in indexing or applicable financial markets
- Programming skills in Python and SQL
- Intercultural competence
- Existing work permit or PR card
