The Account Manager is responsible for driving customer retention and revenue growth through proactive relationship management and sales. This role centers on supporting existing Goldstar customers by ensuring satisfaction, encouraging reorders, and identifying opportunities for additional product adoption.
Requirements
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers to drive retention and loyalty.
- Proactively manage reorder cycles, ensuring customers have the devices they need while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Goldstar products.
- Consistently achieve monthly KPI and sales targets, including retention, reorder volume, and revenue growth.
- Conduct regular account reviews, training, and product demonstrations to uncover evolving customer needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and quick resolution of inquiries or issues.
- Partner with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Support) to ensure customer requirements are met and feedback is shared to improve offerings.
- Track sales activity and customer engagement using CRM tools, providing accurate forecasts and reporting.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments that may impact customer needs or present opportunities.
