
Job description
Account Manager will be a single point of contact for all account-related activities, developing and sustaining excellent customer relationships at all levels and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Daily gaming experience and deposit activity analysis of assigned VIP players, initiating regular proactive contacts via phone and other communication channels to work on keeping VIP players active and aiming for an increase in the players' lifetime value and long-term retention.
Fluent Portuguese speaker, analytical and reporting skills, communication skills at all levels, excellent client service skills, time management skills, and an achievement and success-driven personality.
