SolutionHealth is seeking an Epic Application Analyst to implement, develop, and maintain the Epic system and associated third-party systems. The role requires strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to build partnerships with customers and colleagues at all levels.
Requirements
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree or combination of relevant education & experience
- Training in, or demonstrated aptitude in analytical abilities
- Experience as analyst implementing and testing vendor packaged software applications or healthcare operational experience in area of application
- Certification requirements and depth of Epic experience varies depending on the Analyst level
- Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities and rapidly changing situations
- Ability to complete work through continuous use of a computer
- Ability to communicate frequently and effectively with others verbally, in writing, and by virtual meetings
