Physician - Pediatric Development Behavioral EMG
BC/BE Developmental Pediatrician, Outpatient practice, Assessments and diagnosis for children under 15
Foundation Counseling & Wellness - Psychologist/LICSW/LCMHC
Experience with ASAM criteria, provide short-term individual therapy, and facilitate therapy groups
Nurse Practitioner - Psychiatry Emg
2 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner, Interest in geriatrics a plus
Foundation Medical Partners - Geriatric Physician - Nursing Home
Board certification in Geriatric Medicine or Internal Medicine, 2+ years of experience in a geriatric setting, and proficiency with EPIC EMR
