Job Description
Foundation Medical Partners is seeking a part-time Geriatrician to provide medical care to residents in a nursing home environment. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, dedicated, and up-to-date on the latest advances in geriatric medicine.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Geriatric Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Valid medical license in the state of NH (or working towards)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a geriatric setting
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with older adults
- Strong commitment to resident-centered care and quality improvement
- Proficient with EPIC EMR
