As a Supply Chain Planner, you will optimize logistics processes and equipment availability, manage stock levels, and handle customer service.

Requirements

• Purchasing: convert forecasted needs into purchase orders, manage relations with suppliers and communicate delivery schedules.
• Inventory management: maintain optimal stock levels, identify potential stockouts and manage exceptional client orders.
• Customer service: track pending orders, handle complaints and returns, and correct discrepancies between forecasts and deliveries.
• Process optimization: review processes to optimize the entire supply chain.
