PlayStation is looking for a Senior Manager - Content Personalization to lead the personalization cross-functional pod and drive commercial growth through personalized experiences across the PlayStation Store.

Requirements

• 12 years of experience in digital media entertainment with a focus on commerce and personalization
• Proven experience in people management and team leadership
• Strong data and analysis skills with experience in using analytics tools
• Ability to work collaboratively across commercial and product teams
• Experience in working in a direct-to-consumer digital or e-commerce business
