A&R Director - RCA China

As A&R Director, you will play a pivotal role in supporting, initiating, and implementing A&R strategy, facilitating cooperation with artists and label partnerships, and overseeing the development and recording of assigned artists.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in the music industry
• Strong relationships with artists, songwriters, producers, companies/industry resources
• Expertise in songwriting and production is a plus
