Previous admin experience in marketing or related field, thoughtfulness, organization, and excellent communication skills

2+ years of experience in influencer, social media, or digital marketing; proven ability to design, launch, and scale influencer campaigns; strong understanding of music culture, trends, and creator communities

Bachelor's degree, 2+ years' experience in a strategic capacity, and advanced analytical skills

Must have at least 5 years of experience running point on digital campaign for rap artists & projects (label experience preferred). A deep and thorough knowledge of the modern rap genre/scene with a firm understanding of the history that lead to today’s market

5-7 years of marketing experience, ability to blend creativity with analytical thinking, strong organizational skills

2+ years left prior to graduation, 20 hours/week availability, social media marketing skills, and a passion for music and marketing

You must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a 4-year university in Seattle or Los Angeles with a minimum of 2 years left prior to graduation. You must have a passion for music, an understanding of how your peers discover and consume music, and a deep interest in music business & marketing

5+ years of content creation experience, short-form content expertise, software proficiency, and durable competencies such as organizational skills and passion for Pop and Hip Hop Culture
