Job description
Join the Sopra Steria Financial Services teams in Lille as a Business Analyst, working on high-added-value IT projects in close proximity with business teams of banking and insurance clients. You will play a central role in business transformation projects and the accompaniment of the definition of new digital tools within multidisciplinary Agile teams.
As a Business Analyst, you will intervene in an Agile context throughout the project cycle, including organization and animation of client workshops, analysis and formalization of business needs, writing of functional documentation, and participation in project follow-up instances.
A previous experience in the banking or insurance sector is highly appreciated, and you will have the opportunity to work in a close collaboration with business and IT teams, with a focus on understanding complex business issues and translating them into functional needs.
