Job Description
The Operator monitors system performance for pressure, temperature, and humidity measurements, ensuring product movement through the facility and assists with equipment repair and maintenance. They also participate in safety committees and contribute to process improvements. This role oversees process assistants and ensures product quality in a sterilization environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Six (6) months to one (1) year of experience working in a sterilization environment
- Ability to read, write and speak fluent English
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
- Willingness to work established shifts
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must be forklift driving experience
- Computer skills desired
- Experience with a company using EO sterilization of products desirable
