Job Description
The Pharmaceutical Segment Leader will drive revenue growth within the medical businesses, focusing on strategic planning and execution. Responsibilities include revenue generation, operational capabilities support, understanding market insights, and training the sales organization. This is a full-time position with no direct reports, offering opportunities for leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering
- Relevant product management, marketing, engineering, operations, or sales experience
- Demonstrated experience with business case development
- Demonstrated knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturers' supply chains
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills (oral and written)
- Digital and media management experience
- Global experience a plus
