Project Accounting Analyst

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Accounting Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in supporting the Project Set-Up team, ensuring accurate financial management of projects from creation through completion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Accounting (non-entry level; project or financial accounting experience preferred)
• Solid understanding of GAAP (preferably US GAAP)
• Advanced Excel skills are essential: Experience working with large data sets (hundreds of columns/rows). Ability to analyze, manage, and draw insights from complex data.
• Experience with Oracle ERP is a plus but not required
• Strong ability to perform data analysis and manage financial transactions such as sales orders, billing, and discrepancy resolution
