Job Description
Responsible for the implementation of the Case Management process, monitoring physician documentation, and working closely with medical staff for appropriateness of hospitalization. Identifies and evaluates quality of care, infection control, safety hazards, and utilization problems.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- BSN encouraged
- Minimum of 5 years of Medical Surgical Nursing experience
- Case Management experience preferred
- RN and CPR licenses
