Job Description
The South Bend Clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for its Family Medicine team in Granger. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience as a licensed Advanced Practice Provider in a clinical setting and be able to provide high-quality care to patients with expertise and dedication.
Requirements
- Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- National certification in the applicable specialty (ANCC)
- Current state licensure as PA or Advanced Practice Nurse and RN
- Maintains current CPR (BLS) certification
- Active Mid-level Practitioner Controlled Substance License and DEA License may be required based on prescriptive authority
