Requirements
- Graduate of a state-approved Program for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Master’s degree required
- National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Mass DPH Controlled Substances registration and DEA registration
- 1-2 years in primary care highly recommended
- ACLS (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification
