Job Description
Southeast Restoration Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead restoration construction projects with excellence, clarity, and compassion. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of construction or restoration project management experience and strong knowledge of construction scopes, trade sequencing, and job costing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of construction or restoration project management experience (residential preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong knowledge of construction scopes, trade sequencing, material selection, and job costing
- Experience with project management systems (e.g., PSA, Concur)
- Proven ability to manage Trade Partners, coordinate with municipalities, and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
