Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred)
- Previous experience in behavioral health, mental health, or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to make sound decisions during crisis situations
