Warehouse Lead - Field Operations

SouthernCarlson is seeking a Warehouse Lead to lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and a strong leadership and people management skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience
• Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems, RF scanners, and warehouse management processes
• Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping, and receiving
• Proven leadership and people management skills with a focus on teamwork and accountability
• Strong computer proficiency (Excel, reporting, tracking systems)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs regularly and stand for most of the shift
