Job Description
This position involves delivering quality healthcare to children, focusing on establishing trust with patients and families, and providing diagnostic and treatment services. The pediatrician will be responsible for diagnoses, treatment, and preventative care. They will also be responsible for patient education and communication.
Requirements
- Hold an active New Jersey license to practice medicine with a specialty in Pediatrics
- Comprehensive knowledge of children epidemiology and infectious diseases
- Highly skilled in diagnostic, treatment, and rehabilitation principles and techniques
- Up-to-date knowledge of drugs/medication appropriate for children and their side-effects
- Experienced in traditional and web-based prescription systems
- Demonstrates active listening skills
- Ability to diagnose and problem-solve
- Superbly adept in communicating effectively
