Engineer, Lead Solutions

A Lead Solutions Engineer at Southwire will drive growth initiatives and translate customer needs into technical solutions, working with customers to understand their challenges and design optimal solutions using Southwire products and services.

Requirements

• Provide deep technical knowledge about the company's products and services
• Drive the specification process for current and emerging markets
• Identify customers' technical pain points and translate them into new engineering solutions
• Lead/guide complex technical conversations around Southwire new products and services
• Interpret electrical/mechanical diagrams to provide the best-in-class solutions
• Develop and launch novel service solutions that meet customer needs
