Job Description
FOH Restaurant Supervisor for a fast-paced restaurant environment. Oversees daily operations, supports team training, and ensures compliance with health and safety standards. Lead by example with strong leadership and communication skills.
Requirements
- 2+ years in food service or hospitality
- At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or shift lead role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and a smile
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash handling
- Current SERV Safe certification (or ability to obtain)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
