OneStream Engagement Lead

Spaulding Ridge is an advisory and IT implementation firm helping global organizations with financial clarity. They're looking for an OneStream Engagement Lead to oversee relationships with enterprise clients and drive strong delivery of existing work to lead to adjacent opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an engagement/project manager in technology or management consulting
• Strong knowledge of financial close processes, including account reconciliations, journal entries, consolidation, and financial reporting
• Experience with Cash Flow, eliminations, and complex currency calculations
• Experience in sales and providing financial close solutions based on client needs
• Experience with OneStream or similar cloud-based technology a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
