Assembler

The Assembler is responsible for setting up automation cells, assembling/disassembling and cleaning integrated gluing valve mechanisms, verifying proper functioning of gluing processes, and troubleshooting equipment alarms. They will also inspect parts, enter data into SPC software, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Mathematics coursework at a high school level
• 2 years of experience in plastic injection molding, metal machining or medical device assembly
• Strong trouble shooting & problem-solving skills
• Automation and/or secondary operations experience preferred
• Quality inspection experience preferred
