Spence-Chapin Services to Families and Children is a licensed nonprofit organization with over 100 years of experience providing adoption services, mental health programs, and support for all members of the adoption triad. We offer a range of services including home studies, international adoption, post-adoption counseling, and specialized counseling for special needs adoptions.
