5+ years of call centre management experience, leadership skills, and tertiary qualification in Business Management or related field

Minimum 3+ years software development experience, Experience with C# and SQL, Understanding of Agile development methodologies

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, A+ and N+ certification or relevant experience, and a growth mindset

High school degree, 1+ year of sales experience, and entry-level experience with solutions and value-based selling required

3+ years of Support experience, A+ and N+ certification, and ability to work overtime

2+ years of experience in a similar position, CTT or equivalent certification, valid driver's license

A+ and N+ certifications or relevant experience required

A+ and N+ certifications, 2+ years of POS/Training experience, valid driver's license

Good communication, problem solving, and analytical skills are required for this position
