Analyst, Pipeline

The Analyst, Pipeline role is responsible for processing daily work, maintaining records and documentation, troubleshooting and correcting issues, and assisting field personnel. The role requires a deep understanding of asset management processes and the ability to adapt to a fast-moving and changing culture.

Requirements

• Digitize completed services into GIS production database
• Investigate and resolve customer problems
• Assist field personnel with service related issues
• Identify missing or incorrect information on assets in Maximo
• Verify and update address change requests from the city, customers, and other internal departments
• Work with the GIS department to research and resolve issues with missing or inaccurately mapped services
• Complete data cleansing projects, maintenance projects, and data requests
• Manage map request platform to ensure timely delivery
• Support Compliance with data requests to complete MPSC requirements and recommendations within specified timeline
