Client Account Manager – Environmental Lab Services

SPL is seeking a highly organized Client Account Manager to oversee client projects and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant service delivery in Reading, PA. The role involves serving as a primary liaison between clients and internal field and laboratory teams, coordinating projects, managing documentation, and supporting mission-critical environmental and measurement workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of client service experience in a technical or laboratory environment
• Project management experience with strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
• Experience with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
