Job Description
We are looking for a Recoveries Specialist to join our team in Sydney, Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and investigating motor insurance claims to identify opportunities for recovery. The role is full-time and based on-site in our Haymarket, Sydney CBD office.
Requirements
- 2+ years debt collection / recoveries experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Problem solver with a strong customer focus and proactive nature
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with an ability to stay focused when managing multiple tasks
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team in a target driven environment
- An understanding of credit hire would be advantageous but not required
