Workshop Controller

As a Workshop Controller, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our fleet maintenance operations run safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standard. You'll coordinate workshop activities, manage throughput, and ensure resources are allocated effectively to maximise vehicle uptime and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years in workshop or service operations
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or control role
• Hands-on technical experience in mechanical, electrical, automotive, or equipment maintenance
• Proven ability to manage workshop scheduling, resource allocation, and job throughput
• Experience with cost control, KPI-driven performance management, and budgeting
• Strong understanding of safety systems, compliance, and incident investigation
