Job Description
The Data Analyst or Technology Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient, and effective data operations that support an amazing user experience for external and internal stakeholders. Requirements
- Manipulating, standardizing, and reconciling large sets of user data
- Identifying, building, and managing templates for client data
- Converting client benefit plan information and plan documents into database-ready formats
- Owning process documentation related to data management practices
- Continually identifying process, template, and tool improvements
