Requirements
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in the Retail sector
- Customer service, advice and management of complaints
- Preparation and personalization of products
- Staff management
- Receipt of goods
- Return management to the central headquarters
- Daily sales control
- Inventory control through stocktaking
- Training and development of the store team
- Management of logistics and sales software
- Ensuring the quality of the store image
- Proposing new ideas to improve merchandising
- Key performance indicators (KPI) management
