Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or strategic operations
- 1+ years of operating experience at a high-growth or scale-stage company
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
- Proven track record driving operational or cost-efficiency initiatives tied to financial outcomes
- Understanding of how AI tools can be applied to manual processes, with the ability to evaluate ROI, risks, and change management considerations
- Strong financial fluency - comfort working with margin models, cost structures, and performance metrics
- BA or BS in any field required; MBA strongly preferred
