The Vice President, Partnerships role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy for Spring Health, including strategy development, partner sourcing, and partnership management.
Requirements
- 15+ years of successful business development and/or channel partnership experience
- 7+ years of people leadership experience in business development and/or channel partnerships
- Experience in the Employee Benefits ecosystem, with direct exposure to carriers, consultants, benefit technology providers, or digital health partners
- Strong background and track record of success as an individual contributor
- Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
- Entrepreneurial focus with a determination to succeed in an innovative, fast-paced environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity
