Christy Paddock Advisors, LLC is a growing company seeking a qualified and experienced accounting professional to join their team as a CFO Consultant. The role involves providing accounting and reporting services to clients, working closely with business owners and finance teams, and helping streamline processes.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in accounting or related field
- 8+ years of senior accounting experience
- CPA and/or MBA is preferred
- Prior CFO, or similar, experience is a plus
- Proficient in financial modeling
- Proven track record of improving financial performance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in financial systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, etc.), AI, BI/dashboard tools and advanced Excel skills
