Senior Lead Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Lead Software Engineer to lead design and architecture, drive projects from conception to implementation, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with geographically distributed teams. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in software development, expertise in Java, NodeJS, or Scala, and experience working with large-scale software projects.

Requirements

• B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience in software development
• Expertise in Java, NodeJS, or Scala
• Experience working with MySQL, Redis, Cassandra, DynamoDB, MongoDB, Kafka, and similar technologies
• Scalable systems knowledge
• Cloud expertise in developing scalable Cloud-based services on AWS or Azure
• Strong programming skills with a focus on solving technical challenges and delivering elegant solutions
• Adaptability and curiosity
• Leadership and mentorship skills
• Collaboration and communication skills
