As an Electro-Mechanical Technician at SPX, you will perform emergency, scheduled, corrective, and preventative maintenance on equipment and infrastructure at the Marley Engineered Products site. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, identify root causes, and return equipment to safe, efficient operating conditions.
Requirements
- Associate degree (AAS) or equivalent
- 3-5 years industrial maintenance experience
- Ability to work 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 4pm – 2:30am (10-hour shift) and Friday 2pm-10:30 pm (8-hour shift) when needed
- Strong PLC and computer-based system experience
- Experience with industrial electricity 480V/3PH control voltage
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance-related drawings (electrical/mechanical), schematics, and sketches
- Strong computer skills using Windows-based environments, email, and the internet
