Job Description
We are recruiting a Senior SAP CX (C4C) Consultant to strengthen our existing SAP Customer Experience support team. You will work as a consultant across multiple customers, supporting and evolving SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud solutions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of SAP CX consulting background
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud
- End-to-end project experience, from business analysis to go-live and hyper care
- Sales & Service process expertise
- Integration & data understanding
- SAP certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, SAP CX) are a plus
