Job description
Reporting to the Head of Capital Markets, the Investment Analyst is responsible for building on Squadron Energy's market intelligence, innovation and deal execution capability. The role is hands-on and supports the development and execution of corporate development activities including mergers and acquisitions, growth strategies and optimisation.
Support the execution of various corporate development activities, including creating and refining valuation models, assisting in due diligence, supporting negotiation of transactions, and preparing management and board materials.
The role requires demonstrated strategic and analytic thinking capability, ability to engage stakeholders and work as part of a team, and comfort working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
