
Job description
The Business Development Manager will work remotely in China, building strong relationships with assigned customers and developing new business opportunities. The role involves managing sales pipelines, forecasting sales, and ensuring effective coordination with stakeholders.
The Business Development Manager will actively solicit customers, lead new business development activities, and develop account development plans. They will also prepare call plans, resolve customer conflicts, and conduct account reviews.
The ideal candidate will have > 5-6 years of direct sales experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, with strong communication skills in Chinese and business English. They will be able to work independently and as a team member, with a drive for results and ability to work in a complex matrix environment.
