
Job description
Manage a team of inside sales professionals selling clinical laboratory products and services. Responsible for creating a culture to support new team members, driving commercial accountability, and ensuring effective customer relationships.
Execute strategic initiatives, drive sales strategies, deliver performance evaluations, manage customer relationships, and leverage resources to meet customer needs.
Requires 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the clinical laboratory industry, and prior supervisor/management experience. Must have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be willing to travel up to 25%.
