Job Description
Loader Operator sought to operate front-end loaders and heavy equipment to move materials efficiently and safely in a concrete plant.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Loader Operator or in a similar role operating heavy machinery
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations in industrial or construction environments
- Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in heavy machinery operation is a plus
