Plant Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled Plant Maintenance Technician to join our team at SRM Concrete, with a strong background in maintenance within an industrial environment, electrical systems, plumbing, and welding.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a maintenance role within an industrial, manufacturing, or similar environment.
• Technical proficiency in electrical systems, plumbing, and welding, with relevant certifications or qualifications preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to undertake complex repairs under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A commitment to safety and a thorough understanding of occupational health and safety regulations applicable to a plant environment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical training or a vocational degree in a related field is a plus.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to operate various types of plant machinery safely.
• Willingness to undergo SRM's pre-employment screenings.
