Senior Contracts Specialist

The Senior Contracts Specialist is responsible for managing contracts and tenders, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local laws.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of contract regulations in Saudi Arabia
• Solid knowledge and prior experience in Saudi law and commercial contracts
• Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 – 10 years of experience in commercial contracts or legal affairs
• Strong skills in legal drafting and negotiation
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
