Job Description
The company is seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator to support active construction projects and promote a strong safety culture. The Safety Coordinator will work closely with project teams and safety management to ensure compliance with safety standards and proactive risk mitigation.
Requirements
- OSHA 30 and/or OSHA 510 certification (within the last 3 years)
- Training in fall protection, scaffolding, excavation, and trenching
- Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to identify and resolve complex safety issues
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong team collaboration skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Ability to work onsite in a physically demanding construction environment
Benefits
- Salary $80,000-$100,000/year
- Full-time hours Monday-Friday with variable hours based on project needs
