Job Description
St. Croix Health is seeking a casual, patient-focused Pharmacist to join their team in Frederic, WI. The role involves using clinical knowledge to prepare and dispense medications, ensuring patient safety and compliance, and offering other services like MTM, Immunizations, and DME. The position is a full-time, intermittent two-shift position.
Requirements
- Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a Pharmacy degree
- Current Wisconsin Pharmacist License
- Knowledge of advanced pharmacy practices
- Excellent communication and listening skills
