Job Description
Physician provides medical services in the general care and treatment of patients in both practice and hospital settings. Physician will provide high quality, cost effective medical care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited medical school
- Completion of residency and/or fellowship in area of specialty
- Current or recent experience in area of specialty
- MD or DO - licensed by the state licensure board within the State of practice
- Board Certified/Eligible in the area of specialty by the appropriate medical board
