Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to Executives and members of the leadership team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and managing executives' schedules.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in an administrative support role (healthcare or nonprofit experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort with electronic record systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams
